These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Extino. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Extino provides AI-assisted tools to generate store listings, brand assets, screenshots, privacy policies, and marketing content for Chrome extensions. We may update or modify features over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the service.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its rate limits.
• You are responsible for the content you submit and generate, and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and the Chrome Web Store policies.

Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans (Boost, Max) are billed monthly through Stripe. Free plan usage is subject to monthly limits.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account or Stripe's customer portal and retain access until the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit and the outputs you generate, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies; you should review it for correctness, legality, and policy compliance before use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Extino is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service or generated content.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
